For many years servicing has been done at a set price. This was originally a price picked out of thin air, and later more of an estimate of time taken on average. 
This is inherantly unfair, as the concientious diver that looks after thier kit gets charged the same as the diver who doesn’t. 

So going forward, all work will be charged at a hourly rate, with a time-split – and minimum – of 10 minutes.
